• A deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Full payment is typically required 30–60 days before departure
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation fees vary depending on how far in advance you cancel:

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee ($50)
• 60–89 days before departure: 75% refund
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: Non-refundable (travel insurance recommended)
• No-show: No refund

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including:

• A valid passport (typically must be valid for 6 months beyond travel dates)
• Required visas for all destinations visited
• Any required vaccinations or health certificates
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Globe Travel Portal is not responsible for any losses incurred due to inadequate travel documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. Purchase of travel insurance is ultimately your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Globe Travel Portal acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

• Any personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by third-party suppliers
• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines
• Acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your travel

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, copy or distribute our content without written permission, or use automated tools to scrape data from our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
